Welcome to SoilThrive, LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from SoilThrive.
You agree not to misuse our website or products in any unlawful manner.
SoilThrive reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for suspected misuse or violations.

2. Products & Services

SoilThrive provides organic soil health products, microbial inoculants, plant nutrition, pest and disease control, weed control, pH reducers, and related services.
Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided as accurately as possible but may contain minor errors or updates.
SoilThrive reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue offerings at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH, and PayPal.
By placing an order, you agree to pay the full purchase price plus applicable taxes, fees, or shipping charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

SoilThrive ships products exclusively within Hawai‘i.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to the sensitive nature of biological ingredients.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to damage or incorrect fulfillment.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with an order number and supporting photo(s).
Non-returnable items include perishable or temperature-sensitive biological products, custom blends, and products not purchased directly from SoilThrive.
To request a refund, email info@soilthrive.com with your order number, description, and photos. We will respond within 2–3 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the SoilThrive website — including the logo, text, product descriptions, and images — is owned by SoilThrive, LLC or its partners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of specific results, since soil and environmental conditions vary.
SoilThrive is not responsible for damages arising from misuse, improper storage, or conditions outside recommended use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoilThrive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our products, services, or website.

9. Changes to Terms

SoilThrive may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
