Returns & Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to the sensitive nature of biological ingredients and storage requirements.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
