Returns & Refunds

• Refunds or exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

• Opened or partially used products are not eligible for return due to the sensitive nature of biological ingredients and storage requirements.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
